Lab Meeting Agenda
1. General Announcements - ~10 minutes
- The team members attending the meeting all take a turn to discuss their current work/project and the recent progressions that have been made
- This time is also great for general conversations about the lab, upcoming events, and really anything each individual wants to share
2. Presentation - ~30-40 minutes
- Whoever is leading the lab meeting of the week will likely have a presentation made or a specific topic to talk about
- This will take up the majority of lab meeting duration
3. Discussion - as long as needed
- The presenter can get feedback for their slides, presentation, or general information
- The team can discuss constructive feedback, both positives and room for improvement
