The College of Information Science maintains a shared GPU server for research use by faculty, postdocs, and graduate students. The server has four NVIDIA A100 SXM4 GPUs (40 GB memory each, connected by NVLink at 100 GB/s between each pair), a 32-core AMD EPYC 7302 CPU (3 GHz, 64 threads), and 440 GB of RAM (about 395 GB available to jobs). Storage is 7.7 TB of local SSD, including 3 TB for home directories (100 GB each) and about 4.5 TB of shared scratch space. The server runs Debian 13 Linux with NVIDIA driver 580, CUDA 12.8 and 13.0, and the Slurm scheduler.
